PARKING , PARKING PERMITS & TOWING

  1. All vehicles parked in “parking by permit only” lots must be registered with the Association office.   Vehicles parked in restricted areas such as handicap spaces or parking by permit only lots will be towed without notice.
  2. Vehicles parked in designated visitors parking for more than 72 hours must get a temporary parking permit from the Association office and vehicle parked after three days will then will be towed without notice.
  3. If a GUEST to the complex will be a frequent visitor to the grounds such as health care provider, property manager, public works inspector,etc., then they are encouraged to register their vehicles with the HOA to avoid becoming a tow risk.
  4. All vehicles must be parked within the marked parking spaces.   Any damage to the complex will be assessed to the Owner of the vehicle and/or unit Owner.
  5. All vehicles parked within the complex area must be operable and display a current license tag.
  6. Resident vehicles without an Association parking permit will be towed.
  7. Only cars, pickup trucks, mini-sized vans and motorcycles are allowed.  The Board of Directors may grant a temporary waiver in writing for other types of vehicles under special short term circumstances.
  8. As a general rule, only two cars per unit are allowed to be parked within the complex.  Exception: residents of three bedroom condominiums may register and park additional vehicles upon application and approval by the Board.
  9. Residents shall not place their vehicles on blocks, jacks, and/or carry out car repairs or maintenance (i.e. oil change) on vehicles parked within the complex.  Exception: tire change
