To contact the Cottonwood Ridge HOA, please use the communication portals provided on this website under the “Contact Us” tab. The communication portals are designed to forward emails to the attention of the proper personnel to best assist you.

Please use the “Communicate with Office” portal to contact the HOA regarding administrative and management issues such as those related to your account or questions or concerns about the complex.

Please use the “Communicate with Maintenance” portal to request maintenance services or report maintenance problems in the complex (plumbing issues, water leaks, etc.).

Please use the “Communicate with Security” portal to report complaints regarding violations or suspicious activity.

The HOA Office is open by appointment only. The HOA Office is not permanently staffed by an office worker. If you call the HOA Office, please leave a message with your name, telephone number, your unit number (if an owner or resident), and a brief reason for your call. Calls are usually returned in no more than 48 hours, if an appropriate message is left.

In most cases, email communications can resolve most situations or concerns. However, if you would like to discuss your situation with an HOA representative, request a callback in your message and the HOA will have a representative call you within 72 hours. If you want to set up an office appointment with an HOA representative, please read how to do so below.

None of the above telephone numbers receive text messages. You must call for assistance.

The HOA Office is not permanently staffed. If your call the HOA Office is not answered, please leave a detailed message with your name, telephone number, your unit number (if an owner or resident), and a brief reason for your call. Calls are usually returned in no more than 48 hours, if an appropriate message is left. The HOA does not return calls without messages.

HOA OFFICE APPOINTMENTS

If you are an HOA member (i.e., homeowner) and would like to set an appointment with the HOA Office, please use the “Communicate with Office” portal and specifically request an appointment at the HOA Office and the reason that you need an appointment. Please include the dates and times of your availability for an appointment. An HOA representative will be in contact with you to set an appointment.

Please note that the HOA will only schedule office appointments with its members.

FOR CLOSING COMPANIES AND LENDERS

If you are a closing company and need to request an HOA closing letter or lender questionnaire, please email: office@cottonwoodridgenorman.com.

FOR PEOPLE LOOKING TO RENT A UNIT

If you are looking to rent a unit, please directly contact the owner of the unit advertised as available for rent. Please do not contact the HOA with questions about renting a unit.

Cottonwood Ridge Condominiums is a condominium complex, not an apartment complex. All units at Cottonwood Ridge Condominiums are individually owned and that owner is responsible for renting and managing their own unit(s). The HOA does not rent or manage units on behalf of our homeowners. The HOA does not maintain a list of available units.

If you are unable to find Mr. Knittel at the HOA office, simply email office@cottonwoodridgenorman.com and the HOA will arrange a time for our registered service agent to be available to accept service of process.

HOA SECURITY PATROL

The HOA Security Patrol does not have a telephone number. Please use the communication portal to contact the HOA Security Patrol.

The HOA Security Patrol personnel are on site 40 hours per week, but maintain an irregular schedule. When on site, the HOA Security Patrol personnel regularly monitor communications in real time.

If you have an emergency, contact 911. The HOA Security Patrol is not a substitute for law enforcement.

REQUESTING REVIEW OF HOA SECURITY CAMERA RECORDINGS

The HOA maintains security cameras on property. If there has been an incident on property that you want the HOA Security Patrol to review, please make such requests through the communication portal. Please include in your message a brief description of the incident and information such as the time, date, and place of the incident. If you do not know the exact time or date of the incident, please provide a relevant time period that the incident could have occurred during. Reviewing camera footage is a time-consuming process. Please keep requests reasonable in scope.
