Request an HOA Closing Letter

To request an HOA closing letter, please email office@cottonwoodridgenorman.com. This email is the best point of contact to request a closing letter. Please do not copy any other HOA emails to your request.

In your letter request, please identify the closing date and the latest date that you need the closing letter. Because HOA letters require review by our offsite bookkeeper for processing, please plan ahead and allow at least ten (10) days for a response. A fee may be applied to urgent requests, especially those requesting service within 48 hours.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND MULTIPLE REQUESTS. This only serves to delay our ability to process requests.
